Restore Skeletal Curves & Promote Healthy Motion

We employ two devices to help restore skeletal curves and promote healthy motion in our patients. The first is called a cervical traction unit and the second is called the wobble chair. While both of these have their own advantages, let's talk about the cervical traction device and the stages.

The first stage is a simple pump action traction unit that helps patients get accumulated to laying with a support under their neck. The second stage is actually hardened foam designed to support curve at the appropriate vertebrae/junction. The cervical traction that we do at the office is in tandem with exercises that focus on postural restoration.

The wobble chair is designed to focus on low back motion and support. As well as the flexion/distraction tables which add a degree of passive motion to your low back as soon as you click the button. There are progressive motion exercises that are designed to build on each successful session, ranging from front to back,as well as side to side.

The key to a healthy and supported spine is through subluxation free posture!
