Community Outreach in Dardenne Prairie
At Midwest Family Wellness, our #1 goal is to educate as many people as possible in regards to their health and wellness. While all the chiropractic adjustments are done within our offices, most of the educational part is done externally in the community. Our doctors are always willing to lecture to groups about multiple topics, as well as offer digital spinal posture screenings and even massage events. All of these events are absolutely free to the community.
LUNCH & LEARNS
This is a favorite around the community as they get amazing information on a topic they pick as well as a free delicious lunch all on us. These usually last for an hour at a location that you pick, whether it be in your office, at a park, or a school. We bring with us lunch for everyone involved from Pickleman's Deli as well. We have a list of topics that we have done these presentations on in the past, but we can always write presentations specifically for your group's needs. Just let us know what you want.

CHAIR MASSAGE EVENTS
This is a great way to say thank you or boost morale, or just because. One of our massage therapists will come out and provide 10 minute chair massages. Again, this can be done at any location you choose.
HEALTH FAIR PARTICIPATION
If you know of any health fairs coming up, we can be a vendor to provide information on chiropractic services as well as massage therapy and wellness in general. We have done the posture screens as well as chair massages at health fairs as well.
SPINAL POSTURE SCREENS
People always say they have bad posture, but nobody really knows how bad. With this, we come to your location and actually show their posture to them. We do this with technology that will email them their personal report. It only takes a few minutes to do the screen and everyone enjoys having their results.
